Starberry make a point of including as many clearly presented Actions (e.g Enquiries, Brochure Downloads & Valuation Requests) as possible throughout all websites. The whole reason for driving traffic to a website is to capture data and build relationships.
The more visible the Action the better, this is why we tend to include the Key Actions on the Homepage and then consistently throughout the website.
Form Design & Data Capture
A form can make or break your websites success. It is so important to ask for the right amount of personal information at the right time. Starberry have set-up many bench tests by way of testing different forms next to one another until there are the optimum number of fields, whilst still encouraging the most completions.
Where possible we like to add a human element, in the form of a picture, so that the form feels more inviting and friendly. We always include a confirmation page, where we add our various tracking code to confirm that a form has been successfully completed and dealt with.
Qualified Lead Capture & Management
Qualified Leads are what you want from a property website. With clearly designed Actions and Forms, you can now actively drive traffic by way of Paid Search, Portal Feeds and Natural Search enquiries, knowing that depending on the type of enquiry, the correct form will appear and will be distributed to the correct department. Starberry have developed a web based data capture module that allows authorised staff to access all enquiries (within their preferred date range) across the business, at a click of a button.
If a user has left only an email address when downloading a brochure or floor plan, Starberry run rich email campaigns to up sell and qualify these soft leads further. Never disregard any data, as it might lead to that all important sale!
