New In-house maintenance service at the centre of a Content Marketing strategy
Starberry are delighted to be working with the team at Daniel Cobb (one of London’s leading independent estate agents) on a full-stack multichannel content marketing campaign.
Our digital strategy includes an important discovery phase, during which we gather, review and extract a wealth of insights that help define a content strategy to meet our client’s business objectives.
We recently launched Daniel Cobb’s In-house maintenance service, which included the development of a sub-brand identity to sit as an extension from the core Daniel Cobb business of marketing London properties for sale and to rent.
Daniel Cobb’s In-House maintenance service has been set up primarily to support many of their landlords 1800 managed properties. This new service offers great value to their tenants and direct customers.
Customers can learn more about their service and upload videos or photographs of their maintenance issues. Submission of the form triggers an estimate and alerts the Daniel Cobb maintenance tradesman to solve the problem as soon as possible. We have also designed high impact print literature, stationery, and a fleet of vehicle graphic wraps to promote the new service.
