The directors at The Property Centre – a leading estate agency across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire – came to Starberry with very clear objectives. Already aware that mobile property searches have overtaken those on desktops, one of their key aims was to create a website design that loaded quickly on all devices, whether using 3G, 4G or wifi.

The Property Centre also requested a smarter web design and structure that encouraged people to explore the website beyond the property search. The UX / UI designer paid special attention to creating eye-catching page designs, a user-friendly navigation, compelling content and lifestyle imagery – leading to a ‘sticky’ site that captures interest and keeps people engaged.
Getting visitors to stay on The Property Centre’s site for as long as possible had a deeper meaning for the client, as they described their website as their ‘biggest shop window’ – the epicentre of all their digital marketing and also a vital tool in offline marketing too.
Therefore strong calls to action (CTAs) have been built into each page and are customised according to the user experience. Even the data capture forms have been carefully crafted with the minimum number of fields to reduce user fatigue and dropout rates.
