We are expanding our Social team based in Coimbatore,Tamil Nadu, and are in urgent need of new talent that can join the fun in theStarberry Constellation. We are lookingfor an expert that lives andbreathes Social Media.
You will be responsible for the development andapplication of social media strategies on several large and smallscale Social projects, working for varietyof interesting clients.
Essential Skill Requirements:
● Extraordinary aptitude
● Highly versatile in handling social accounts.
● Prompt responsiveness to brand reputation management is key
● Creativity in social posting - variety in posts
● Growth hacking skills in Social Media - white hat only
● Knowledge in social advertising.
● Perfect human psychology assessment skills
● Design sense for what’s trending and what’s not
● Understanding of social campaigns/contests and their working strategies.
● Open mind to collect,assess, analyse, comprehend and execute new strategies on social platforms
● For experienced candidates - minimum 4 years.
● Showcase proven track record of existing client’s social media presence
● Knowledge/experiencein BCG Matrix
● Experience handlinga brand’s social media completely or should have impeccablesocial presence (in perfect English, not the ones with Tanglish or Hinglish)
Roles & responsibilities:
● Manage and maintain social engagement for all assigned clients.
● Proactively provide insights to help increase website conversions and actions
● Provide social media contentcalendar suggestions for clients and affirm how it can help achieve theirobjectives
● Tailor the content so that it helps target the desired buyer persona of the client.
● Assess and analyse all key performance indicators and set achievable targetsfor the next cycle
● Maintain social brand reputation consistently
● Drive innovation and efficiencywith idea generation of new ways to reach customer targets
● Coordinate with design and copywriting teams
Note: Excellent written and oral English communicationskills is an essential requirement, as allour clients are in the UK, and the team is spread all over the globe with English as the common language.
