Our Members' Hub is a key resource for our franchise network, designed to empower our brands with up-to-date content, tools, and resources. We are seeking a dedicated Members Hub Executive to manage and enhance this platform, ensuring it remains user-friendly, content-rich, and tailored to support each brand effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the migration from legacy systems to the new Members’ Hub.
- Enhance the platform by introducing additional tools and resources, such as video tutorials.
- Launch and manage services offerings with integrated payment facilities.
- Collaborate with brand managers to curate and improve content tailored to each brand.
- Coordinate with IT and marketing teams to improve platform functionality and user experience.
- Provide training materials to staff and franchisees to maximise platform utilisation.
Deliverables
- Complete the migration away from the legacy dashboard by the end of Q2.
- Enhance the Members’ Hub with new tools and resources.
- Successfully launch managed services offerings with payment integration.
- Implement tracking analytics to monitor usage patterns and user engagement.
- Ensure all platform updates align with business objectives through effective cross-functional collaboration.
