Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the migration from legacy systems to the new Members’ Hub.
  • Enhance the platform by introducing additional tools and resources, such as video tutorials.
  • Launch and manage services offerings with integrated payment facilities.
  • Collaborate with brand managers to curate and improve content tailored to each brand.
  • Coordinate with IT and marketing teams to improve platform functionality and user experience.
  • Provide training materials to staff and franchisees to maximise platform utilisation.

Deliverables

  • Complete the migration away from the legacy dashboard by the end of Q2.
  • Enhance the Members’ Hub with new tools and resources.
  • Successfully launch managed services offerings with payment integration.
  • Implement tracking analytics to monitor usage patterns and user engagement.
  • Ensure all platform updates align with business objectives through effective cross-functional collaboration.
