We are seeking a detail-oriented Website Executive to oversee the management and enhancement of our websites. This role focuses on optimising functionality, improving user experience, and implementing SEO best practices while ensuring that all online content aligns with our brand guidelines and business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Website Optimisation:
- Enhance technical SEO including site speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Personalise website content based on user behaviour analytics for improved engagement.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor website performance and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on user engagement metrics.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and digital agencies to maintain the website development pipeline.
- Implement and test changes to websites and branch microsites based on briefs from the wider team or franchisees.
- Innovative Enhancements:
- Report on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) projects to boost conversions.
- Introduce competitor tracking and benchmarking, monitoring progress throughout the year.
- Test new features, such as live chat with AI support, ensuring readiness by the end of Q2.
- Integration & Data Collection:
- Integrate financial services journeys with 2025 partners to drive conversions.
- Increase data collection opportunities to enhance nurture marketing efforts.
Deliverables
- Achieve measurable improvements in technical SEO, including improved site speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Successfully implement and report on CRO initiatives.
- Maintain a robust website development pipeline with ongoing enhancements.
- Deliver regular performance reports to track user engagement and website metrics.
