Our solution was an efficient revamp of web features & functionality, with elements of design and content refinement. 

For the design refresh, a combination of simple yet effective animations alongside engaging triggered interactions were used. Virtual tours and videos further boost engagement on the overall website and more importantly on the lead-converting property pages. 

Exciting features such as ‘Video Ask’ - providing an engaging way for users to leave video reviews - were introduced. Alongside Zoom & Calendly appointment booking and Whatsapp Business integrations, which allow better lead generation by offering an easy way for users to contact haus & haus brokers and book virtual viewings and valuations. 

Finally, the introduction of the Wishlist functionality on property listings allows users to save the property into their favourites list and return to it when needed.

All these new features have a great impact on the user experience and the overall look and feel of the haus & haus website, resulting in an impressive increase in engagement only two weeks after the launch: 58.47% better average session duration, 21.98% more pageviews and 28.99% more pages visited per session.
