Knowing the importance of good UX and creating a website design that stands out, we worked closely with the Alexander & Co team to examine elements they liked and disliked from other property websites and presented them with a number of wireframes to choose from.

After the design, style, colour and layout was finalised - incorporating large images and a simple, unfussy navigation - we developed an SEO strategy designed to increase the number of property valuation requests, reinforce the brand identity and improve user engagement.

Keen to embrace online banking and the efficiency it brings to property transactions, Alexander & Co asked us to incorporate the Sagepay payment gateway into its website, which has been a new and hugely successful addition by our web development team.

Results

Our collaborative process allowed us to visualise, plan and deliver an exceptional end result. After making sure we created a website design that is in line with what Alexander & Co were after, we made sure the migration from 5 estate agency websites to a single domain happened as smoothly as possible, for users, the Alexander & Co team members and search engines alike.

As a result, the new Alexander & Co website saw a 10% jump in traffic in the first month after launch, compared against all 5 websites previous websites combined. Shortly after the launch, an SEO campaign was started for the alexanderandco.co.uk domain, to continue and enhance the SEO work done as part of the website development. The first 5 months of the SEO campaign generated 100% increase in Organic Search traffic when compared to the previous period and an almost x3 increase when compared with the same period of the previous year. Accounting for 60% of the total number of conversions generated from the website, Organic Search traffic is now a major contributor to the business bottom line and massively improved the website’s ROI.
