The website design that we were instructed to create for the leading 47 branches estate agency group in South of England, Andrews, had to include a good content architecture that would allow the company to communicate their distinctive brand voice and their unique social purpose.
The website also had to be mobile-first and SEO-friendly, load quickly and offer an extraordinary user experience throughout the entire customer journey; all of which would result in an increase in lead generation, especially valuations.
With such a detailed brief and a host of strategic input provided to us by the Andrews team, we started the project with an agile design phase, in which the focus was on creating the perfect content architecture and page layouts for showcasing Andrews’ key brand messages and property expertise, along with having strong calls-to-actions and simple forms throughout.
The user experience on the website was further enhanced with the help of radius property search and branch finder by postcode. But where the website really shines is in the powerful integrations we created, which allow Andrews to offer an outstanding user experience every step of the customer journey: Reapit calendar integration for viewings and valuations, Digi-Val for instant valuations, Yomdel for fully-managed live chat and Feefo for customer reviews.
The new web design and functionality we created for Andrews resulted in a 30% improvement in average page loading time (an essential factor in retaining traffic, especially on mobile devices) and a good increase in engagement metrics such as bounce rate (31%) and pages per session (11%).
