Kicking off our collaboration, Bentley Hurst pulled together phenomenal bespoke imagery and video to truly show off properties & location.

Impactful area guides act as digital extensions for offices in each area. The Starberry video team created the storyboard and edited a brand introduction video, amazing for the homepage and social media, all efforts coming together to truly represent our client and offer valuable content for users.

Dynamic features offer a smooth user-experience on property listings: ‘Matterport’ brings property to life with virtual tours and 3D photography, ‘Locrating’ maps present users with filters such as amenities, directions or Ofsted school information. Simultaneously, the ‘fixed’ nav-bar houses prominent CTA’s for property details, map information or Book viewing.

Features such as stamp duty, mortgage calculators, or the ability to do an instant valuation with ‘Digival’, brings a level of efficiency to our client’s property service that in turn increases their conversion rate.

The website is also a strong example of a “people-centric” web presence, extensive staff profiles and video communication with ‘VideoAsk’ adding an element of personality. While the Google reviews API integration pulls in external reviews, essentially showing brand transparency and enhancing our client’s overall brand image.

Last but not least, our focus was simple navigation for the user and strategic data capture points for our client. Design choices, such as the burger menu, structure essential sub-pages for constant jump-off points for the user.

All in all we created a powerful lead-capturing website that brought about 24% more website visits in the first month after launch. Bentley Hurst properties and services are gracefully and strategically presented to users in a fashion that also resulted in 48% more returning visitors.
