Cluttons’ brief for our web design team was to create a slick new website that clearly reflects the company’s sector specialism and their range of services while showcasing the brand’s international presence & appeal. The new website needed to also provide efficient data capture points and thus enhance the business’ lead generation efforts.
We started off by getting a very good understanding of Cluttons’ services, tone of voice and USPs. This allowed us to create the content architecture, copy and photography that truly reflects Cluttons “rallying cry”: an exceptional depth of property knowledge and imaginative business solutions delivered by a team of experts in their sector.
The website design reflects Cluttons innovative, technology-focused, professional and high-quality brand image while delivering information in a user-friendly, engaging way. To help drive lead generation from all this engaging content, data capture points and calls-to-action have been clearly highlighted on key pages.
The result is a highly-engaging online presence that empowers the Cluttons team to connect with their diverse audiences and drive more business. Two months after the launch, the website registered a massive 108% increase in traffic from Organic Search, a 56.78% increase in users when compared with the same period the previous year and an above-the-average conversion rate.
