DBRoberts imagined a platform that would help better promote the brand and the many services they offer: mortgages, conveyancing, auctioning etc. While also enhancing presentation and ultimately increasing online leads and overall deal flow.
We began enhancing UX through enhancing presentation. Bespoke striking imagery brings property to life while images of the team do the same for the brand. Smooth & subtle animations revealing more information as users scroll-down. A property search-bar that scrolls with the user and CTA’s such as “Book A Valuation” & “Find A Property”, creates a website design that constantly presents ‘jump-off’ points to properties or landing pages that would most likely convert leads to instructions.
The automatic stamp duty calculator & mortgage calculator effortlessly adapts for every property and lead. Dynamic features such as these provide an unrivalled user-interface that drive lead-action through readily available information.
Enhancing UX through powerful integration taken a step further with ‘Locrating’ Maps & ‘Val-Pal’. Once again driving lead-action by supporting the decision-making process. Users are able to select property based off local Ofsted information, transport or local amenities. Moreover, with ‘Val-Pal’ users have access to instant valuations.
Within a “people-focused” industry we believe an intimate UX is key to winning instructions. Through conversational forms, the DBRoberts website offers more human-like interactions. ‘VideoAsk’ provides a more engaging and intimate means of communication – increasing potential to win instructions during the hiring process. Finally, the ‘Social Wall’ dynamically pulls in media which drives leads to Facebook and increases audience engagement.
