Maddisons Residential are a family-run estate agency situated in Tunbridge Wells, highly regarded as one of the best in the area reflected in both their offering of beautiful homes alongside an unmatched personal touch in customer service.

Approaching Starberry, Maddisons required a website design that would display their ‘scrupulous’ attention to detail- which is also one of their core goals - providing both buyers and vendors with the smoothest house moving experience. Information and opportunities for engaging in properties and land purchase gracefully present themselves across an impactful CTA-filled website.

Our approach was collaboration, working alongside Deborah & James of Maddisons Residential. The approach effectively increased lead generation as the personalised copy on local activities and amenities - from a passionate local estate agent- shined brighter through the impactful website design we provided.

The web design had to support the personal approach, direct ‘View More’ CTAs presenting themselves around team photos and video produced content, so that the Maddisons team can continuously distinguish themselves from the agency crowd. 


We combined bold imagery with SEO optimised amenities and activities information depending on the property, all presented through a dynamic map feature. Alongside video tours - pulled in from their YouTube page for SEO integration - the experience is once again personally streamlined and those inclined to move forward are consistently greeted with a call to action overlay ‘Request a Viewing’.

Features such as the dynamic area guide-optimised for SEO- further personalised the experience, offering up-to date information on relevant areas. Alongside a featured social wall pulling in all feeds, both sets of pages create a more informed user who is more likely to convert into a lead as they engage with both CTAs and cross-sale opportunities. E.g.: the market appraisals sometimes highlighted during property search.

Special online tools such as ValPal were integrated throughout the website. Lead generation is further nurtured through presentation techniques such as the dynamic overlay in which as the users scrolls, prominent links such as the Floorplan, EPC and Map Brochure make themselves readily available- allowing users to redirect themselves or study information more easily.
