In 1989 Quealy & Co. began their estate agency journey, offering property market knowledge and service to those across the North Kent region, expanding into a firm now capable of servicing residential sales, mortgage advice and financial needs. Quealy & Co. briefed us on the priority of capturing leads to then generate instructions similarly to any other estate agency. Increasing time users spent on the site and minimising “drop-off points” through information and convenience was key.
The web design we created for Quealy & Co ensured the availability of essential information, animations subtly trigger information for the user, Feefo testimonials were integrated in key places throughout the website, while Locrating dynamic maps allow for extensive filters such as Ofsted school information.
Our “information at the fingertips” focus not only influenced the design but the content as well. Bespoke property imagery and area guides, accompanied by agent profiles, added an element of personality, providing our client with that competitive edge that decreased the potential loss of leads.
The information efficiency resulted in a user experience that offers plenty of digital accessibility. Tailored property and area images over stock photos, alongside attached agent profiles dealing with each property, improved Quealy & Co’s digital branding and in turn supported lead conversion.
Google is all about content; subtle SEO copy techniques throughout headings and meta data improved our client’s position, so did the content, bespoke imagery, and informational architecture, resulting in a website capable of climbing search engine ranks.
