Learn how we designed and built, in under two weeks, a website that makes finding and communicating with the right agent effortless. Establishing video as a focal point of the website, we created a new, innovative way for Richard James to connect with their customers.
From small beginnings in 1992, Richard James grew to become renowned estate agents in Wroughton and then in Swindon.
To further their growth, the agency wanted a better, more engaging way in which they connect to their clients. A platform, separate from the main property website, that offered a clear cut match-making service between agents and users through the use of video features.
Although we had a short amount of time at our disposal, we knew to create an SEO driven website, with a minimal design that clearly highlights the essential calls-to-actions (CTAs) - browse agents & virtual valuation - connecting both parties promptly. Our team’s “directors approach” led to a visually engaging build, a website revolving around video.
Introducing videos highlighting brand and specific agents, simpler appointment creation with ‘Calendly’, Whatsapp and social media CTAs, the website is designed to maximise lead generation opportunities for Richard James, through ensuring users always find and connect with suitable property consultants.
The user experience was enhanced with the implementation of innovative features such as ‘VideoAsk’, a video call-to-action that allows questions to be sent via video, audio file or a text, quickly connecting those that need to be.
The end result is a website that not only takes advantage of one of the most popular mediums of today, to promote Richard James as an innovative, forward-thinking estate agent brand, but a website that utilised video in order to successfully highlight it’s consultancy team members.
The website offers a slick user experience, the process of managing virtual viewings and valuations with the right agent now refined through video communication. The contemporary web design and bringing about modern features such as VideoAsk, is crucial in the potential conversion of leads, as online communication becomes more and more important in estate agency businesses.
