Tempocasa first opened in Milan 1988 and over the 30 years of providing an estate agency service, now operates out of over 430 offices from Barcelona to Ibiza, Dubai and London.
They required a web design that could interactively showcase these beautiful London properties, a design that offered effortless navigation for the user while maintaining connection for lead conversion at multiple site points. Alongside an SEO foundation that could support their international competitive position at their then newly opened branch.
Our first step in producing optimum results for our client was to create a highly accessible platform offering a powerful presentation supported by effortless navigation. Web content structured under neat burger-menu headings while animations were designed to subtly trigger more information.
Beautiful property imagery with a robust property search & filter system; Location, filtered pricing, number of beds and property type guide users to properties most likely to win a viewing.
Calendly/Zoom integration with conversational enquiry forms allow users to book and engage in appointments easily regarding the individual property and relevant agent. Bespoke copy guides users through key segments while also highlighting similar properties; due to SEO techniques; in turn improving conversion as potential leads aren't lost due to searching elsewhere.
Our efforts culminated in a digital platform capable of boldly presenting Tempocasa’s grand properties while guiding users to data capture points with bold and strategically placed CTA’s such as ‘Book A Viewing’ or ‘Contact Us’ located at the top of property listings.
Webpage and metadata copy was devised to enhance our client’s competitive SEO position, while review platform integration pulls in external Google reviews boosting our client’s digital position once again with testimonials.
