I am not an estate agent, my background is consumer advertising, most noticeably Proctor & Gamble. So when I embarked on the process of appointing a digital partner to work with, I was looking for a company that would offer me much more than simply website design and hosting. A lot of web design companies over promise and under deliver or completely under estimate the timescale and the cost. Often I get the impression that this is because they are tackling a new market sector for the first time and are learning at their clients’ expense.

 

Starberry do not do this. They know what they are doing because they have been creating websites for estate agents for many years. They understand the business better than any other web design company I come across and because of this they are able to give realistic timings for development with estimates to match.

 

It’s not much use having a wonderful website if no one can find you. Starberry do it right by focusing on Search Engine Optimisation from the start of the design and construction process. We went through a rigorous selection process to choose the company that we would engage to produce our new website. Having worked with other providers in the past it was essential that we got it right, particularly as it coincided with a major rebrand of the company.
